Steven Buckingham
Trial Attorney & Certified Mediator
A trial attorney and certified mediator who brings creative solutions, sound advice, and strong trial skills to every matter he handles.

Biography
Steven Buckingham is a trial lawyer and mediator who has spent nearly two decades litigating business disputes, employment matters, and constitutional questions in South Carolina’s state and federal courts. He has briefed and argued appeals before the South Carolina appellate courts and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and built an active mediation practice as a certified mediator for both the South Carolina Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina.
A Furman University and University of Richmond School of Law graduate — and longtime fixture in Greenville’s legal and civic community — Steven brings disciplined, principled advocacy to every matter he handles, whether at the negotiating table or in front of a jury.
